Martina Treanor MIACP
I create a safe non-judgemental and confidential space where you can come to talk and explore feelings, behaviours and thoughts that may be impacting your life negatively and look at issues that you may be struggling with in silence.
“Your present circumstances don’t determined where you can go, they merely determine where you start”
Mona McFadden
I am a member of the BACP. I have a Foundation Degree in Counselling, a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and a Diploma in Inner Child Healing. As an integrative counsellor I work from a number of theories, including CBT, to tailor the therapy to best meet the client’s needs. I offer a safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings around issues, both past and present, that may have a negative impact on your day-to-day life. We will explore those issues in a confidential and non-judgemental way. My aim is to help you to gain insight so that you can build resilience and to get to where you want to be in life.
Trisha Norry
BA (Hons) Integrative Counselling & Art Therapy
My name is Trisha Norry. I am a counsellor and psychotherapist specialising in play and art therapy. I provide a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for children and adults to express their feelings, behaviour and thoughts, in a verbal and nonverbal way.
I believe that everyone is different and what therapy works for one individual may not be as effective for another person. As an integrative counsellor, I use varying types of therapy to provide a prescriptive approach specifically for you and your needs”.
